Art and Science in Dialogue
The research is not only theoretical but also methodological: How can art become an effective tool in norm creation, cultural transformation, and multicultural HR strategies? Smartia is one of the first Hungarian initiatives to actively represent art as a functional method in organizational development and social innovation.
