I lead and oversee various groups in London. The essence of the mentorship program is to cultivate a different mindset among employees by understanding the internal systems within companies. While it may not yield immediate results, the change in employees' attitudes becomes noticeable right away. The individual changes within people then have a ripple effect on the entire group, without me needing to directly manage them. It transforms. That's why I found it so appealing.

I wasn't a skilled presenter, but my job required me to have presentation skills and confidence as a speaker, which was challenging for me. That's why I turned to Smartia. Within the department I lead, we weren't particularly effective in communication. Smartia made the presentations easier, initially assisting me with creating the slides and planning engaging presentations with a touch of humor. Today, I can effortlessly handle these tasks myself.

We requested group sessions for retirees and young mothers, including expectant mothers, to engage in creative group activities aimed at preventing burnout. These are the groups that employers often struggle to provide support for, either because they are no longer part of the workforce or because they are not yet back to work. However, after participating in the program, they returned to work actively and with a positive mindset. We worked together in this program for one and a half years, and it proved to be beneficial.
