    I lead and oversee various groups in London. The essence of the mentorship program is to cultivate a different mindset among employees by understanding the internal systems within companies. While it may not yield immediate results, the change in employees' attitudes becomes noticeable right away. The individual changes within people then have a ripple effect on the entire group, without me needing to directly manage them. It transforms. That's why I found it so appealing.
